Pros
I really cannot think of any at the moment. Working in a small company, you get to really know the people around you. Unfortunately, upper management hides in offices and doesn't make an effort to reach out or have real conversations with people.
Cons
The company is not going anywhere and employees are extremely unhappy, as nobody is getting a raise. Conditions are stagnant and all employees are looking for other work. Upper management does not grasp anything below their level of work or take time to get to know employees, their jobs, and their personal needs. During recent layoffs, employees who had been working here since the company started and were close to retirement were laid off. This company doesn't value dedication and commitment of employees who have worked here for decades.
