Disorganized, shady company.
This is a current review, not one from 5 years ago; this is what’s happening now. If you have another option lined up, take it.
Very little PTO. ZERO sick leave (you have to use your PTO). Even salaried employees are forced to take PTO for every hour they miss. Poor leadership. Low morale. Zero growth. Toxic upper management. No vision. No employee appreciation. Extremely low funding to operate. Shady practices that border the limits of the law.
No one can make a decision and there is no vision, mission or idea. You will wake up every day dreading going to work. Management is disrespectful and ungrateful.
Terrible organization with high turnover and a high stress environment. Management changes minds constantly, hence getting anything of good quality done is impossible. Upper management fails to plan ahead and will do anything to make some money. Very shady.
They would rather work you to the bone and treat you disrespectfully, including disrespectful nicknames they find amusing, instead of hiring competent people. And the ones that are competent leave quick. The silent compliers who don’t speak their mind are the ones that are rewarded. Overall, very chaotic and unprofessional work environment; the longer you work there the clearer it becomes that the company is a dumpster fire waiting for bankrupcy. They incur unnecessary expenses of hundreds of 1000s, and indulge in lunches, luxurious travel, etc. and then give no raises, fire indiscriminately and claim they have no money.
Heed the warnings; the mediocre pay, no raises, toxic and stressful environment and horrible supervisors result in anyone worthwhile leaving after a year. People have either been there for 25 years or 6 months. This was the most toxic workplace I’ve ever had the misfortune of working at. So happy I don’t work here anymore.
