Pros
1. When the company had a need for a new HR Director due to a retirement, I happy agreed to return because my past experiences were very positive. 2. The staff of this company past and present are what sets them apart from other companies in a very positive way. They are hardworking, dedicated and treat one another with respect. They are truly a wonderful group who pull together to support one another in ways I have not seen in other companies. 3. You know you are making a difference in the lives of the patients who use our products and services regardless of whether you are a hands on designer/engineer/scientist or in administration like me. That to me is meaningful and why I choose to work for a company like ThermoGenesis. 4. ThermoGenesis must be doing something right. They have several employees who have been with the company for over 30 years, many over a decade. 5. The benefit program (health plans, time off, etc.) is very good for a small company. 6. Work/Life Balance. 6. The diversity. We have staff from many countries and cultures.
Cons
No company is perfect. They all have their challenges and ThermoGenesis is not any different. Can we be better at communication? Definitely, most companies can. But, I am committed to continuing to make ThermoGenesis a great place to work in anyway I can.
