Pros

Flexibility regarding working from home

Cons

Received almost no training, just a few names of people to reach out to for informal chats so I could essentially learn the job. Most of the people I reached out to were very busy and it was very evident that they did not want to be spending time teaching me anything. At one point, I did not hear from my direct manager for a period of almost 6 months - not a single message, call or email to check in. Additionally, the pay was exceptionally low for industry standard.

Friendly and helpful co-workers that want nothing else but to see you grow and build the company.

Cons

Not really a con but it is an early start up.

Pros

ThirtyThree had some great clients and the team were positive and driven.

Cons

It did feel at that time that the company was in a state of flux and that was reflected in the feel of the agency. Often staff were being transferred from the UK operation which did feel like they were patching a hole in their office overseas.
