The pros are mostly imagined by the individual. However, working there does hold clout on your resume, and it’s you’re a mediocre white man eager to assimilate into the old boys club… you’ll do just fine.
Cons
Per se would regularly promote men ahead of their equally competent and sometimes senior female counterparts. The culture is pervasively toxic and damaging with no real roads for advancement for most women who will be constantly overlooked.
