The students and staff were wonderful, and working with grateful individuals was the only thing that kept me going. Helping others provided a sense of purpose despite the emotional and mental toll the job took.

- Constantly stressed and exhausted, with no recognition for the effort put in. - Giving your all and trying to please everyone is met with indifference and ingratitude. - Employees are treated as if their only value is showing up for a paycheck, while salaries barely cover basic expenses. - Promises of rewards, raises, and promotions are empty, leaving staff frustrated and disillusioned. - Blatant lies are told directly to employees, undermining trust and morale.
