Pros

I think working here teaches painful lessons about setting boundaries at work. It is absolutely necessary nowadays.

Cons

- Working at Tread means sacrificing everything that matters to you. - The pressure is relentless, and employees are expected to survive crushing workloads while pretending to be happy. - There is absolutely no appreciation and almost no support from the arrogant leadership. - Management does not care about employees. - Leadership only wants to squeeze more and more out of people.

Everyone receives standard benefits and healthcare from day one.

Cons

- Working here was a complete drain on time and energy - Employees are pushed beyond reasonable limits and expected to absorb nonstop pressure - Pay falls far below the effort and sacrifices demanded - Hard work is ignored, and appreciation is nonexistent - Managers provide no support and quickly shift blame onto staff - Responsibilities are dumped unfairly while leadership avoids accountability - The overall experience leaves employees feeling used, exhausted, and disposable
