Pros
Company culture is great here and keeps getting better every year. Between the staff and the owners, everyone cares about the end result. There is a lot of emphasis on customer service and putting them first before anything. There's room to grow both career wise and knowledge wise. You are kind of able to make your own path and future depending on what you want to achieve.
Cons
It's a smaller growing company. Things are not always perfect but the owners are always looking for solutions to fix any issues.
