Pros
This has been one of the best work environments I've ever been in. From my very first day, I felt like the owners, management, full and part-time staff were helpful and friendly. Two years later, that hasn't changed at all! The owners have an open door policy which I think is great and sends a clear message that they value employee feedback. Because hard work is valued and appreciated here, you're not going to be micromanaged. That's something else that I personally look for when job searching - employers that actually trust you. It's definitely a growing company, so the owners/upper mgmt are open to ideas and input that will improve any aspect of the company. It's cool to feel like you're a part of the success here.
