Pros
People are uber talented from Google, MIT, Harvard but more importantly always has a sense of humor! Team has a growth mindset since it believes anyone and everyone can be a developer -- even if you haven't done something before, it doesn't mean they won't trust you to push out code, find office space, play HR or whatever is needed at the moment. This has been refreshing coming from Google where I was told I couldn't do a lot of things because it was someone else's job. Big vision to enable anyone to make apps without knowing how to code -- today, I chat with first time developers in Australia, Saudia Arabia, India and Canada Daily team lunch which is always an adventure -- we have lunch outside every day as a team which is like a mini-offset every day of the year Transparency - the founders are committed to being transparent to all on the team which is not always the rule with start-ups that have their ups and their downs. Everything from financials to users to investor meetings etc are openly discussed and you can join almost any meeting you want to
