No upward movement. No one ever received a raise while I was there.

Everything else. Bad management. Team spirit non-existent. Colleagues who play the blame game for not being the next to be fired. Work/life balance they don’t even know what it means. In short, all the worst of a startup without having even a good product to work on. The app is bad I don’t know how the few who pay for the product can continue to do so.
