      Management is very toxic and there is no culture. Staff are always stressed and the environment is very negative.

      Genuine diversity of culture, staff have a lot of respect for each other, and you do feel genuinely valued by peers and leaders.

      Cons

      Some individuals who are lucky to be there thanks to their connections create a sense of negativity and toxic masculinity. Not great for culture.
