Pros

Great entry-level people, a good place to start your career, very cool projects to work on and nice office

Cons

toxic masculinity, nepotism, and favoritism runs rampant within leadership -- lots of inappropriate behavior and comments. Pros

You are trauma bonded to some of the best in the business, interviews are grueling at TP, so the folks that make it in are truly talented and usually lovely people (at entry to mid-level)

Cons

Pivoting from games in earnest to NFT/ Web3 grifts tanked the company and lost many wonderful people their jobs. While the C level folks buy new homes with the funding raised, the people executing the actual work suffer long hours and confusing pivots in projects and games. Despite a diverse workforce, it's still a men's club to its core. Pivoting to unproven tech for a quick buck is not only insanely foolish and selfish of leadership, but really sqaundered what could have been an AMAZING NYC / EU based company, and we need good, earnest mobile publishers. Should have focused on what was needed and worked and staffed accordingly. Greed always gets its revenge.
