      *The company invests in its employees and encourages professional development *Everyone is held to the same high expectations – no favoritism here! *The pay is incredible! That’s all I have to say about that.

      *Finding a good work/life balance takes a while – it took me almost a year.

      Pros

      The people at TimePayment were all-around great people to work with. Out of all the companies I've worked for, none have been such a strong team as what I experienced there. The benefits were excellent, the employee incentives and recognition were the best of any company I've ever worked for. I would work there again in a heartbeat!

      Cons

      They expect a lot from their employees and I wanted to a better work/life balance, and I realized I had to completely change industries to achieve that.
