Poor handling of staff / no welfare - Anonymous employee Times Software Employee Review

Inconsistent treatment based on hierarchy. Do not have freedom to do things as no flexibility in anything. Not prepared for proper onboarding of staff Inconsistent protocols and the written protocols are not being demonstrated well. Bad guidance for staff regarding various situations. Poor communication and no teamwork between team members due to the environment cultivated there by senior staff. Staff are constantly being managed by CCTV.
