Pay and schedule was good. Directors and PAs were very pleasant to work with.

Remote was possible but the pipeline for it wasn’t super robust

you often work with people who are genuinely passionate about the work that they do, and many will explain concepts if you don't understand.

social culture isn't always open. leadership can and will have racist and abelist jokes knowing they can't be touched, but still encourage you to engage with them. feedback isn't given until you're close to losing your job and had no idea there was an issue. people will socially punish you by witholding benefits like crew merch from you because you work remotely.
