Nice community, bunch of talented artists. Some cool projects from time to time, fewer these days
Cons
Worked for Titmouse for a number of years. In that time the culture shifted hard downwards despite multiple employee complaints. Deadlines got harder, projects became less and less passionate, pay stagnated, and the quality declined as bigger and bigger projects forced the studio to grow much faster than it could responsibly handle. Transparency also went completely out the window with the replacement of a studio head who knew everyone's names with new management that couldn't seem to care less, or at the very least care far more about the company than the people who make the company work in the first place. Employees aren't treated with the respect they deserve, and seemed to be viewed as disposable or not worth listening to.
