Pros
The people (non-management) are by far the best part of working here. They're smart, kind, and genuinely care about the mission. There's a real sense of camaraderie and a shared belief in the company’s cause. Hybrid/remote flexibility and hours were great—until the company made it mandatory to be in the office three days a week, despite hiring many of us under remote conditions. The mission is fantastic. The potential is there, but the leadership is what's holding everything back.
Cons
The senior leadership is toxic, constantly creating a fear-driven, chaotic work environment with no clear direction. Instead of guiding the team, they foster a culture of stress and confusion that affects everyone. Employees are left to bond over the trauma of trying to survive the chaos, with no real opportunities for growth or advancement, as HR has openly acknowledged. The lack of diversity is also glaring—it's heartbreaking to see how employees of color are treated in an environment that fails to foster inclusivity and respect. The relationship between US and global teams is dysfunctional, with a huge disconnect that only adds to the confusion. The company's communication and alignment between regions is severely lacking. To make matters worse, the raise situation is demotivating. A below-average raise after hard work is a slap in the face, proving that the company doesn’t value its employees. The mandatory shift to in-office work, despite being hired with the promise of remote flexibility, further compounded the feeling of betrayal. It’s clear: this company doesn’t invest in its people, and it shows in every aspect of the work environment.
