Great company to feel like you are really part of something - Software Engineer ToolBox Solutions Employee Review

The truth is that we were understaffed in some areas. ToolBox was acquired by SPS Commerce in Jan 2016 and since then, no one has been let go and we have had a number of new positions added. We follow an agile process. As per the agile manifesto, we actually do respond to change over following a ridged plan. Some may think this is disorganized. We’ve had ZERO turnover in development in years, not everyone gets agile. Our ridiculously low attrition rates would argue with what this person is saying. We are anything but disorganized. The owners do not drive 200k cars, they drive pickup trucks and SUV's every day. That is just a bold faced lie. Ridiculous. Our compensation package is very competitive with the market. It’s a performance based culture, bring more value and you are compensated appropriately. We pay for certifications and push people.
