      - Team is very fun, light hearted and kind people. - Managers are understanding - Promotions are achievable and not blocked off from the ground up.

      Cons

      - Work hours fluctuate - Late updates on shifts and rotas. You sometimes don't know what days you're working next week until 2-3 days before. - Some customers feel entitled, as is with many sales jobs.
