Pros

-Few good people in IT who can help you guide the processes. -Few good people in warehouse -I don’t see any other pros.

Cons

-Extreme micromanagement by managers will make you feel frustrated each and every day. You just can’t perform if you are being micromanaged by your manager every time. -There are few people in supply chain who will run you down in meetings. Those people are really rude. Your manager will turn a blind eye towards you. -No teamwork at all. Same people in the team will try to pull you down. No one wants to work for a larger goals. Everyone have their own egos and will work accordingly. No they are not going to help you. You are on your own. -No new ideas. Company has a specific way to work. Do your JOB. Follow procedures that’s it. A place to retire. -No celebrations at all. One of the most boring company I have ever worked (Culture Issues). -No work-life balance at all. -Lower wages than market rate, no bonuses, average benefits. -There are many good companies in Bay Area.

Cons

Building consistency across a large dealer network can be challenging and requires significant coordination and follow-through. Emerging technology adoption can involve longer sales cycles and customer education efforts. Balancing direct strategic account engagement while supporting channel partners may create competing priorities. Requires strong self-motivation and organizational skills due to the broad scope of responsibilities. Rapidly evolving technology landscape means continuous learning is necessary to stay competitive. Visibility and leadership opportunities often come with increased pressure to deliver measurable results quickly.
