Pros
Commission & Bonus- great additonal earning potential dependt on the performance of the store. Small teams- Good environment to work in when you've got great colleagues. Management- Some great store managers and area managers.
Cons
Lone working- an expectation from the business, not something which should be planned for and shouldn't be happening in a buisness of this size, don't see it anywhere else, stores must be adequately staffed and costs should be cut elsewhere. Holidays- Because we work in small teams it's challenging to take time off especially around main holiday periods Sales budgets- Buisness seems to lack understanding of the market conditions or chooses to ignore them.
