Pros
Honestly its a good paying job for someone with no experience in work, and the community of the workplace is very friendly compared to most places, and customers also have a higher respect for you considering it isnt a mcdonalds. Most understanding workplace when it comes to needing the day off or coming in late.
Cons
The pay could start off better for people with experience, the HR team is awful, and you WILL more than likely be lied to about your hours in your interview. With 5 years of experience i was being paid the same as a 16 year old with no experience if not less. I think the raises should be more clear and the health insurance with the company also be a bit more approachable on how to get your card and things like that. Its a very high maintenance job which some people love but if you have a limit into how much social interaction you can have you might as well work in the kitchen or dish.
