Pros

50% off their food when working; somewhat flexible with their scheduling except if it’s below two days per week (not including zero because that’s allowed) because they WILL put you on leave because you can work zero days a week but not one

Cons

Manager will manage schedule you when you’re unavailable, despite you explicitly telling them you’re unavailable on certain days (they will blame it on you); manager ridicules anyone who doesn’t do the job perfectly day one and will not train you on everything you need to know but will still expect you to read their mind and know exactly what to do for the role; coworkers are also ruthless and will make fun of you for no reason
