Pros
I've seen this company grow year-over-year. Management has a strong strategic vision for continued growth and backs that plan with investment in new material, technology and employees. It's a profitable company and continues to find avenues for growth. As an employee, there's comfort in that, as well as a sense of accomplishment since you're apart of that growth.
Cons
This is true in this industry in general, but I just think we need to do a better job of helping individual see the pathway for career development and advancement. It's there, it's just not always has clearly defined as larger corporations.
