      Pros

      Good working environment. Flexitime. Working From Home. Satisfying and rewarding job if you have skills, hard work, diligence, and cooperation to offer within the current Total Systems structures and ethos.

      Cons

      It's not a large company and is very busy. It's therefore less comfortable if, for example, a) you are after a job that offers quick promotion based on time in service, b) you want to do some work for which they didn't employ you and isn't really required by the projects in hand, c) and so on.

      offers Great health benefits; casual business attire; works with school schedule;

      Cons

      very unorganized; going through re-structure so many seasoned employees are being laid off and replaced by outside persons; workload to employee ratio is high

      Pros

      The people are friendly, well educated and cooperative. Managers make an effort to acknowledge good work. Coworkers are quick to help out and share knowledge.

      Cons

      Great benefits don't make up for a bad salary. Working on years-old versions of technologies can be discouraging. Being forced to be on call with no extra pay just makes you think about the poor salary that much more.
