A great team with real world knowledge of insurance business processes (quotes, policies, claims, renewals). Work life balance - Flexible hours and hybrid work options create a balanced environment. Workload is steady but manageable, and the company truly values employee wellbeing. Visionary leadership - Leadership has deep industry experience and a clear strategy for how to keep Total Systems competitive in the age of AI, data analytics, and automation. Management maintains transparency about goals, expectations, and performance. The culture feels honest and values integrity. Product offerings & impact — The company’s solutions are designed to help insurers improve digital engagement, lower cost and speed up time-to-market for new insurance products. Knowing that what I build is used by insurers, brokers and MGAs makes the work feel very purposeful.
Cons
A few internal processes could be streamlined, and there’s room for modern tech stack integration including the AI-powered innovations across underwriting, claims, and customer analytics. But overall, the positives far outweigh the minor improvements.
