TouchSource Response

Although we take all pieces of feedback with humility, this review doesn’t seem to be from a TouchSource or former TouchSource individual. The role that the reviewer describes (Sales Northeast for over a year) has only been in place for a few months and the previous employee was fired for ethical behavior in Oct 2021. We suspect that person is acting in a malicious manner. Regarding the other points: - TouchSource’s voluntary attrition remains lower than industry averages while we manage to high performance in sales and other roles. - TouchSource price adjustments have been significantly lower than CPI for the past 5 years and only are done to reflect supply chain realities. It’s disappointing to see a malicious post like this when TouchSource maintains an employee engagement score in the top 10% of all tech companies and is frequently celebrated for our unique, diverse, and fun culture.

Pros

The leadership team at TouchSource is actively involved and is always available to easily help everyone on the team. My fellow team members have been wonderful. The company culture is fantastic and thus far has stayed true to their Core Values which are: People matter. We are one team. We practice radical transparency. We are relentlessly driven to learn and innovate. We meet our commitments. We deliver results. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at TouchSource by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.

Pros

Working at TS is a privilege, the product is well received and its customers only have great things to say. However this organization fosters executive-level thinking of all of its team members. That in itself can be a challenge, this level of autonomy requires everyone to work harder and beyond the scope of their role. Some thrive, some survive and others just whine. As part of the Salesteam we are often the ones pushing the envelope, some greet that with enthusiasm and but most approach with skepticism, which can be challenging, so be prepared to pushback. If you are fortunate enough to be offered a role here, take your time and be oopen-minded this is an excellent environment to sharpen your skills, work with some great people.T

Cons

The environment is akin to a startup but the legacy 1985 is still very alive and well, it needs to be addressed. Their some immediate areas outside of sales and managers need to step up and take action. Managers please start making decisions and hold yourself accountable and then you too can be viewed as true leader.
