Pros

Casual environment with down to earth people.

Cons

Ownership has the mentality that sales churn is a good thing. They want to hire people, over work them, and replace with new bodies. This company was bought to be grown and flipped. Employees are expendable.

This review is very puzzling to the TouchSource team and does not represent the culture nor the facts of the working environment within the company. We pride ourselves on low turnover, high support of sales, a large investment in our people, and a high value placed on retaining both sales representatives and customers. Those that are part of Team TouchSource are active contributors to the company and culture through our “roots groups” and have open access to all levels of the company. This is a company that is built to last and designed to grow as a family.

Pros

Vacation policy is pretty standard.

Cons

Dishonest and misleading behavior is rewarded. A lot of political games for a company so small. Unrealistic bonus structure that is changing frequently (so you hardly ever get one).

Unfortunately this employee was not a good match for any professional environment and we parted ways with less than a year of employment. People who are successful at TouchSource view success as something that should be earned and not just gifted. We do believe in challenging our people to their full potential and rewarding those that succeed. Those who give less than 100% don't perform well and often blame others for their lack of success. As evidenced by the other reviews, this person's experience is an anomaly.

Pros

Working at TS is a privilege, the product is well received and its customers only have great things to say. However this organization fosters executive-level thinking of all of its team members. That in itself can be a challenge, this level of autonomy requires everyone to work harder and beyond the scope of their role. Some thrive, some survive and others just whine. As part of the Salesteam we are often the ones pushing the envelope, some greet that with enthusiasm and but most approach with skepticism, which can be challenging, so be prepared to pushback. If you are fortunate enough to be offered a role here, take your time and be oopen-minded this is an excellent environment to sharpen your skills, work with some great people.T

Cons

The environment is akin to a startup but the legacy 1985 is still very alive and well, it needs to be addressed. Their some immediate areas outside of sales and managers need to step up and take action. Managers please start making decisions and hold yourself accountable and then you too can be viewed as true leader.
