Don't be fooled! - CSA Towergate Insurance Employee Review

I have never experienced such a chaotic working environment. It all looked great on paper, and the office is aesthetically pleasing but what goes on in that office is nothing short of unorganized chaos. The training is laughable, the support is none existent, team leaders are trained to the same level as advisors, and in most cases they know less than the team members they manage. Low morale, no hope of pay review, enforced "fun" at work includes child like games more suited to a primary school than professional working environment. Changes in structure, procedures and systems communicated by email, of which there are many! Don't believe the tripe they reel you in with, about how amazing the company is and all the opportunities that lie ahead. The place is in chaos for a reason, management have no clue what they are doing. It makes you sick when you're sat listening to some poor mistreated customer on the phone and there's a management meeting going on 4 feet away from you in a room with no door and they're all laughing and screeching loudly. I suppose it is funny if you're getting away with sitting in a cosy room having meetings about meetings and getting paid a ridiculous amount for it. Heaven forbid a customer should ever ask to speak to your supervisor, they have not been trained to deal with the type of inquiries we get day in day out, worse still, we're not properly trained either.. Nobody cares now, nobody will care moving forward.
