Managers untrained managers are selected by how many friends they all ready have in the company Meetings help unprofessionally staff being bullied clients documents on display even though it's meant to be a paperless office. The FCA would have a field day in our office Broken relationships with other insurance companies brokers even other Towergate offices don't want to know SBU. HR department and managers loosing important and confidential documentation of the staff. Holidays always being declined but managers get time off with a click of a finger. Staff medical appointments being declined even operations. You try and speak to HR and managers you trust and you business gets spread all round the office. Managers dealing coke to staff gambling thank god I saw sense and I'm out of there now. Shame really because it would of been amazing if they honoured all the things they promised us from the start
