Pros
No value of work done by Employee in Toyo , No Professionalisam like no enginnering is done , They terminate employee for no reason and no strategy of termination it is based on favouritism. So Toyo losing jobs and no future jobs
Cons
They employee people on whole sale when need arises , when job comes and remove employees on no strategy basis when need is over. You will last in Toyo only if you are close to your boss. Senior people opinion is not considered and they are treated in insulting manner
