TRG is a great place to work in Bozeman! Not only is the office located in right on Main Street, but the office itself is an open space with great natural light that makes you feel connected to what is happening outside despite being indoors all day. I have been with the company for a little less than a year at this point and it has definitely been a great experience throughout that time. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help when you need them, there are plenty of opportunities to continue learning and improving your skills, and the flexible schedule allows plenty of time for your life outside of the office. Cons
TRG is not a young company, but they are right in the middle of those transition years on their way to becoming a larger company. Therefore there are a lot of changes still underway that could be difficult for an employee not used to that environment.
