Business Outlook

Pros

The freedom to take time off or change job sites if to far, or if there are issues on site that aren't tolerable. The management team does it best to keep you happy and handle any issues that come up.

Cons

Not being part of a company and building relationships with the people you work with. Trying to accumulate hour for P.T.O. and holiday pay, it goes beyond 90 days like most companies. No bonus at Christmas time. More clothing for the employees.

The flexibility that we provide to tradespeople is one of the many reasons why people come to work here. We always want you to feel that you are part of the TradeSource family, but have to admit it has been a challenge with the pandemic bc we haven't been able to be as visibly as we would like on the jobsites.
