Pros

Excellent work‑life balance - fully remote, which shows a lot of trust in employees. Very collaborative culture - people genuinely help each other regardless of role or title. Friendly and supportive team where everyone’s contribution is valued. Plenty of opportunities to take initiative and make an impact, especially in new or growing teams.

Cons

Being part of a newly established team, Xenara, means that sometimes processes aren’t fully in place. This can be challenging at times, but it’s also a great chance to help build and shape those processes.

Pros

Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, even during fast‑moving initiatives. Smart, supportive colleagues who genuinely care about the work and the customers. Strong commitment to cross‑team collaboration, especially between Marketing, Content, Product, and Insights

Cons

Prioritization can shift quickly, which sometimes creates rework or unclear direction. Resource constraints can slow down execution on larger initiatives. Some decisions feel reactive rather than planned, which affects long‑term execution.
