Pros
Great Ownership/Management. There can be pressure for performance, but as long as you do your job well, you'll be recognized and can move up quickly. Lots of great travel perks in Sales.
Cons
The business units are primarily sole-sourced products with heavy barriers to entry for competition. Sales jobs can be monotonous at times as your time is mostly spent maintaining current business and negotiating price increases.
