Almost everything about this company is pretty negative. Turn over is high in all levels especially management. Always worried they are gonna do more rounds of layoffs. Teams are so small the company is practically a skeleton crew. One person with one job title but doing three different jobs to make up for the lack of team members. Pay is low for the amount of work they expect out of you. Negative feelings when you try to take time off for your mental state. No growth opportunities and they play favorites. Burn out is real
