No policies in place and unequal treatment to employees. Micromanagement by the top person. No process oriented culture anywhere in the organization. The rules are applicable depending on how your relations are with the CEO. A big lol to the company's beliefs and thoughts. Whenever a person resigns, he is victimized by the company and at times they have even threatened people to spoil their career and what not.
