1. There is no structure whatsoever! 2. No work life balance. Expected to work 10+ hours. Even on Weekends. 3. Pay scale is lower than the market for experienced ones. 4. Attrition rate is high and for all the valid reasons. On an avg. people don't stay for more than a year solely because of work load and mismanagement. 5. There is no planning or roadmap let alone any clear cut expectations for the job role. If you are an experienced professional, brace yourself for some entry level work. 6. Teams and projects work in isolation. 7. Be prepared to manage everything on your own while working for minimum 10 hours under immense pressure and micromanagement. 8. Do not expect professional behaviour from the management even in meetings. 9. The HRs are good and considerate but they are powerless. The upper management is one team who are the only ones getting the profits. 10. Upper management hardly works ever. They micromanage the analysts at every level. New ideas are discarded and demotivated. 11. Working here is mental harassment. For every positive review you read for them or where they claim that there is a lot of unnecessary negative reviews, ITS ALL A MAKE BELIEVE!! To compensate for the poor reviews.

1) All decisions are taken by just one person, no transparency. HR's role is futile, and the CEO is guileful. He will try to cheat you in any possible way to earn money. 2)No good Data Science project. They don't have clients, and the BD team/CEO will try to sell anything to clients in the name of AI and ML and still end with no project or zero success. If you are looking to learn and get exposure in Data Science then this is definitely not the right place for you. 3) NO structure in the company and project management. 4)No vision for employees and their learning. 5) Pathetic work culture. They expect you to be in the office for 9hrs even when you don't have work, which is always the case as they don't have clients. 6) No vision for long term 7) No employee-friendly policies in place. No work from home because the CEO doesn't trust the employees and no one else can approve this. Even for an Analyst, he will be keen to know why that employee is on leave.
