It is an extremely high-paced environment, that is focused on results. We empower all of our team and train them to be the best that they can, but ultimately it is up to you to get results, and this can be tough. Also, because it is a startup, you have to be comfortable with a fast-changing, entrepreneurial, and sometimes loosely defined job description - this can be exciting and stimulating for some, but may be overwhelming for others.
