Actually i was disappointed at first as the interviewer was not not available for interview. I had to wait for 20 min to get him on call & next they interviewed me for role i did not want. Hr person called me for my role of kyc analyst but interview me for customer support.

I was contacted by a hiring agency and interviewed at Transak in January, 2024 for Senior Product Manger role. Only had 1 round with the head of Product, Design and Data. It was 30 min session with basic questions about my background and one case question.

Interview
The process consisted in 5 interviews with different members of the team. I was approached by a member of the team on Linkedin for a senior BD role which was great. Then followed an interview with another member of the BD team, and the 3 founders in consecutive interviews. There didn't seem to be a pattern nor a method so I kept repeating myself again (experience, skills, etc...). The whole process took over 2.5 months and I never heard from the team despite following up twice. I have never experienced such a bad interview experience, especially for a senior role. In one of the interview, the founder didn't even know why he was there, he literally asked me "what is that meeting scheduled for" so I had to explain that I was being interviewed for the BD role... No follow-ups, I had to chase several times. Nightmare.
