      Everything! No leadership, very poor salaries and benefits. Constant changes in team, goals etc. No budget for anything

      Really bad company i advice anyone that wants to join to think first, very low pay , poor management

      Cons

      Very bad team, everyone is hating each other, no job security, can be fired anytime without motion or notice No career progression Can be bankrupt soon
