Hell - IT Infrastructure Engineer Transmax Employee Review

I was bullied here for years. When I bought it up management didn't help and didn't care. Extremely toxic work place. You become afraid to do any work because you will get yelled at for no reason. Very top heavy - there are about 3 "managers" to every worker here and all they do all day is criticise and ridicule you - the actual worker. Over the years I was there I only saw it get worse and worse culturally. Do not work here. The money isn't worth it. Truly a horrible place. There is so much blame game and fear here. Everyone hates each other. It was my personal hell while I was there.
