      Pros

      Apparent ability to curate reviews and remove ones they do not want to have posted. Software is leading edge.

      Cons

      Politics, technical debt, stagnation, dependent upon one primary customer.

      A good company desperately in need of some good leaders

      Pros

      Transmax is a good company with some great, talented and dedicated staff. Their product is decades old but nonetheless impressive and forever evolving as it should. The work environment is relaxed, inclusive and well managed. The office is also well located and modern. For all of these reasons it's a good company.

      Cons

      Where the company is let down is with senior management. The CEO's role has been a revolving door, with the current leader stood down pending an investigation into misusing company funds. Staff are generally well underpaid, yet stories of perks and lavish excess at the top don't do well for general morale. Its also like a ghost town at the business end of the building on Fridays. Again, not a good look.
