Open atmosphere, great people, good working culture, opportunity to travel, opportunity to work with varied nationalities. Great opportunity for growth for people willing to work hard.
Cons
Nature of industry makes work life chaotic. Since work is related to rigs which only get contracts for a few months to year at a time, there is uncertainty regarding job security, but the pay is good so that balances that.
