      - CEO (he was previously the CTO, in case you see mentions of him in other reviews, which I strongly suggest you to read) - I have to enter five words here but really the CEO is the only problem

      Flexible hours, full remote, engaging work, hopeful direction.

      Cons

      Lack of organization has lead to chaos. Personality conflicts with upper levels set the tone. Things seem to be improving, though.
