This company is a breath of fresh air in the recruiting industry. The team is supportive, will challenge you consistently to be better, and truly lives by the motto of doing the right thing day in and day out. I came from the space, and have experienced the toxic cultures of metrics and politics. This company allows me as a recruiter to get to the core of what this business is and should be about - finding the right match for the candidate and the client. Taking away the emphasis on metrics allows me as a recruiter to really focus on the art of this job, while keeping intact a competitive culture that pushes performance and results. The commission structure is out of this world. If you come in and have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are willing to do the work - the payoff is extraordinary. I'll also say that I've never worked anywhere where every person on the team really has a voice. You will be heard in this company, and you are supported and encouraged to have a voice. The leadership is completely transparent, and truly cares about each and every person on the team. They will do anything to help you move up in the company and accomplish your personal and professional goals.

Don't have any. There are changes that go on as there are with any company, but leadership is transparent behind their reasoning, and communicates that to the team. Ultimately I always have faith that the intentions are good, and that long term the goal is for the company and each individual on the team to grow.
