The mission feels great, and the team is very bought into the mission. Our culture of ownership and autonomy is very refreshing and inspiring. Leadership is transparent and it's great to have bi-weekly all hands to hear about the direction of the company. Cool problems to solve, with high access to clients and customer facing work. The culture of growth is amazing, as many team members have done multiple things for Treeswift and if someone is doing a great job, we give them more chances to own new things.

Things are moving fast, and we have a large portion of our team onsite very frequently, making it hard to coordinate at times. Honesty, nothing major from my perspective.

- Company went through a difficult round of layoffs during the pivot, which was tough on morale but ultimately necessary for business health - Because the company is now growing quickly, some processes are still being built out and can feel scrappy - Fast pace and shifting priorities may not be for everyone
