Treeswift interview questions

Interviewed for a Senior Recruiter, Engineering position. The recruiter initially reached out regarding the opportunity, and an interview was scheduled. The interview was then rescheduled due to the recruiter’s availability. On the morning of the rescheduled interview, I received an email stating that the position had already been filled and that our call was being canceled. I understand that hiring needs can change quickly and that candidates sometimes move through the process faster than expected. However, the experience felt disorganized and did not reflect a strong candidate experience. If there was already a candidate far along in the process, I would have appreciated more transparency upfront before being asked to invest additional time and energy. Communication was polite, but the process itself felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
