      Travel opportunities Great Team Opportunity to work with a Global team Fast paced, lots of growth opportunities

      Cons

      Very small annual salary increase (less than 5%!) Not directly hired by Trend kahit 2 years na ako. Still working under a contractor. 12 days leave per year includes SL, VL na. Statutory benefits + HMO lang. Nothing else. Male-dominated industry.

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
